Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Nanny to care for a girl aged six and a boy aged one year.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally a minimum level 6 QQI or FETAC Childcare or Special Needs Qualification.
Ideally a minimum of three year's experience as a Nanny, Special Needs Assistant or in a creche/montessori with at least two years with the same family or employer.
Fluent English
A full, clean driving licence and own car.
An interest in sports and outdoor activities would be preferable.
Baby and Toddler experience would be preferred.

DUTIES:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Dressing and feeding the children in the morning.
Dropping and collecting the older child to and from school.
Carrying out age appropriate games and activities with both children.
All nursery duties.
Indoor and outdoor games and activities.
Light housekeeping including keeping the children's bedrooms and play areas tidy, children's laundry, etc.
Some shopping and errands.
Preparing an evening meal for the family would be a huge bonus.
